CANCELLATION POLICY
It is only reasonable to expect our clients to show up on time and if you need to cancel, an absolute minimum of 24 hours notice be given.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or simply don’t bother to turn up “no shows” you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other clients and staff, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment time, the full fee will still be charged.
In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

NON ATTENDANCE “NO SHOW” POLICY
We make sure to arrive at our clinic on time, we set up the room, we reserve the time for you, we tell other people who ask about that time that they cannot have it because it has already been reserved. It is unfair to us and to others who may have needed the time that was reserved, in good faith, for someone who cannot even bother to call to let us know they will not make it to their appointment.
In the case of “no shows” you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your treatment.

Please respect our time and energy by honouring the appointments that you have made.

 We realise that, among the pressures of everyday life, real emergencies do exist, and you will find us understanding and compassionate in the event of a real emergency.

HEALTH FUNDS

Not all health funds are covered at the present time.
If a health fund rebate is important to you, please enquire prior to or when you make your booking.
