Aromatherapy & Crystals

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils. Essential oils are natural plant extracts.

In the hands of a qualified therapist, essential oils can be used to treat internally, externally and vibrationally, making them truly holistic. A qualified therapist can customise the remedy and method of application to meet your individual needs.

Aromatherapy is both an ancient art and a modern science, however products using the term ‘Aromatherapy’, commonly found on supermarket shelves, should not be confused with the therapeutic work of a qualified Aromatherapist. It is more than a smelly massage!

What can it do for you?

Aromatherapy can treat a variety of conditions, help manage symptoms and act as a complementary therapy to modern medicine.

Crystals and gemstones have amazing holistic healing abilities and can be used for many other applications such as meditation, vibrational healing and Reiki, as well as for chakra clearing and chakra balancing.

Crystals have a very high and precise rate of vibration and so they are utilized extensively in modern technology; ranging from the liquid crystal diodes in calculators and clocks to their use in the very computer you are reading this on. They also are used in credit cards, fibre-optic lines and laser technology.

Crystals have been used throughout history for healing. Crystals work with the human energy field and can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body. Working with crystalline energy helps the body to find its natural rhythm. Crystals vibrate at different vibrational rates each affecting us in different ways in order to effect healing and change.

The use of different energy grids or specific patterns of crystals around the body with various combinations of stones can enhance their individual properties, and direct energy as and how we require it, or simply keeping them in our environment or wearing them in jewellery or pendants is equally effective.
