Your booking will be confirmed by email. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your booking we will contact you ASAP to arrange a mutually suitable time.

If you cant find a suitable appointment time, please call Alma on 04486 44468 and leave a message if your call is not answered, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please don’t make appointments if you have no intention of attending. Non attendance or late cancellation fees may apply. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
It is only reasonable to expect our clients to show up on time and if you need to cancel, a minimum of 24 hours notice be given.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or simply don’t bother to turn up “no shows” you may be liable for a cancellation fee.
